Walk-in || Quality Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Engineer with hands-on experience in SMT, FATP and IPQC processes to ensure product and process quality across the manufacturing line.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform IPQC inspections across SMT and FATP processes.
• Monitor SMT process quality, including soldering, component placement and workmanship.
• Conduct FATP in-process and final quality inspections.
• Identify and analyze process/product defects and drive corrective actions.
• Perform RCA using 5 Why, Fishbone and other quality tools.
• Monitor FPY, rejection, rework and DPPM.
• Prepare and maintain Quality Reports, Control Plans, WI/SOPs and inspection records.
• Support First Piece / First Article Inspection (FAI) and process audits.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering and other teams for quality issue closure.
• Ensure compliance with ESD, quality standards and process controls.
