Job Description:

SL Lumax Ltd. is looking for experienced and passionate Quality Professionals to join our growing team as part of our business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) and Supplier Quality Control (SQC).
• Ensure compliance with Automotive Quality Standards and manufacturing requirements.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage customer complaints, supplier quality concerns, and process audits.
• Utilise quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and CAPA.
• Drive improvements in product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain quality reports using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Candidate Requirements

• 5 - 10 years of experience in Quality (IPQC/SQC).
• Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes.
• Good communication and computer skills.
• Experience in Automotive Lighting Manufacturing will be an added advantage.
