Detailed Job Description

Summary:
Performance Testing Engineer with hands-on experience in JMeter, LoadRunner, and Dynatrace to design, execute, monitor, and analyze performance tests for web, API, and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Load, Stress, Spike, and Endurance test scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks using Dynatrace.
• Analyze application, server, database, and API performance metrics.
• Identify performance issues and work with development and infrastructure teams for resolution.
• Prepare performance test reports, findings, and tuning recommendations.
• Support performance testing activities within Agile and CI/CD environments.
• Design and execute workload models that simulate realistic user behavior and transaction volumes to validate application performance, scalability, and capacity under expected business loads.
