QC Roles and Responsibilities at Glochem Industries

1. Raw material testing

4. Instrument handling

• Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Visible spectrophotometers and analytical balances, depending on the assigned laboratory.
• Perform instrument checks and calibration or qualification activities as authorized.
• Maintain instrument usage and maintenance records.

5. Documentation

• Record test results in laboratory worksheets, logbooks and approved systems.
• Follow SOPs and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Maintain accurate records that ensure traceability and data integrity.

6. Stability testing

• Test API samples stored under specified temperature and humidity conditions.
• Monitor changes in assay, impurities and other stability-indicating parameters.
• Maintain stability records and report results.

7. Quality and safety compliance

• Follow cGMP, laboratory safety rules and approved analytical procedures.
• Report out-of-specification (OOS) results and unexpected observations.
• Support laboratory investigations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and audits as assigned.
