Walk-in || Qs & Billing Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for faade, glazing, aluminium, cladding, and related works.
• Review architectural, structural, and faade drawings to calculate quantities accurately.
• Prepare client bills, RA bills, work orders, and subcontractor bills.
• Verify measurements at site and ensure billing quantities match actual executed work.
• Prepare material reconciliation and track material consumption against BOQ.
• Handle variation orders, extra items, and deviation statements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, Clients, and Subcontractors for billing and quantity-related matters.
• Check and certify subcontractor/vendor bills based on actual work completed.
• Maintain cost sheets, billing trackers, and project financial records.
• Assist in rate analysis, tendering, estimation, and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor project costs and identify cost overruns and savings opportunities.
• Ensure timely submission and follow-up of client invoices and payment certifications.
• Maintain proper documentation for measurements, approvals, invoices, and supporting documents.

Preferred Experience: 38 years in Faade / Glazing / Aluminium / Construction
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Civil or related field
