Walk-in || Qms Engineer

QMS Engineer Aerospace (AS9100D)

Role Purpose

Maintain and improve the Quality Management System to meet AS9100D, customer, and internal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and control QMS procedures, formats, and records.
• Plan and conduct internal audits, report findings, and track closure.
• Coordinate customer, certification, and supplier audits.
• Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and effectiveness verification.
• Monitor quality objectives, process KPIs, and management review actions.
• Coordinate risk assessments, change control, and continual improvement activities.
• Work with departments to maintain compliance and audit readiness.
• Conduct employee awareness sessions on QMS procedures and requirements.

Required Skills

• Practical knowledge of AS9100D and aerospace QMS processes.
• Experience in auditing, document control, and corrective action management.
• Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Timely closure of audit findings and corrective actions.
• Accurate and current QMS documentation.
• Effective follow-up of quality objectives and management review actions.
