Job Description :

1 . Create POs and obtain OC approvals.

2. Verify invoices, packing lists, and import documents against PO/OC.

3. Track shipments and coordinate with FedEx, DHL, UPS, freight forwarders, and CHAs.

4. Handle imports under FOB, DDP, and DAP Incoterms.

5. Resolve shipment, documentation, and customs-related issues.

6 Obtain and compare freight quotations and finalize forwarders.

7.Coordinate BOE filing, customs duty payments, and clearance.

8. Handle re-imports, GR Waiver, and rejected material returns.

9. Maintain accurate import, logistics, and customs records for audit and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce / Supply Chain / Logistics or related field
