Purchase Executive / Senior Executive

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs)
• Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors
• Compare quotations and ensure best price & quality
• Follow up with vendors for material delivery timelines
• Maintain purchase records, GRNs, and documentation
• Support project sites with timely material procurement
• Negotiate rates, terms, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with Stores, Projects, and Accounts teams
