Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, interactive and student-centred lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum and school guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of teaching, classroom discipline and student engagement.
• Assess student performance, maintain academic records and provide constructive feedback.
• Encourage creativity, critical thinking, confidence and overall personality development.
• Integrate innovative teaching methodologies, digital tools and activity-based learning.
• Prepare students for academic assessments, competitions, cultural programmes and co-curricular activities.
• Collaborate effectively with school management, colleagues and parents.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, safe and value-based learning environment.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Relevant graduate/postgraduate degree with B.Ed. or equivalent professional qualifications, wherever applicable.
• For Dance and Music positions, relevant degrees, diplomas or recognised professional training in the respective discipline.
• Qualifications and experience as per applicable CBSE norms.
• Excellent communication, classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Prior teaching experience in a reputed CBSE school will be preferred.
