Job Summary

We are looking for a Provider Enrollment Specialist with experience in US Healthcare Provider Enrollment, Credentialing, or Medical Billing. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate enrollment of healthcare providers with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance payers.

The role involves preparing and submitting provider applications, maintaining provider information, tracking enrollment status, coordinating with payers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with payer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and track provider enrollment and credentialing applications with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance payers.
• Assist with creating, updating, and maintaining CAQH profiles.
• Monitor enrollment applications and follow up with payers to ensure timely processing.
• Communicate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, hospital systems, and internal stakeholders to resolve enrollment-related issues.
• Review applications and provider information for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate documentation and enrollment records.
• Ensure provider information is updated according to payer and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling provider and organizational information.
• Track and maintain daily work production and meet assigned productivity and quality targets.
• Navigate payer portals and other web-based applications efficiently.
• Perform additional provider enrollment and credentialing activities as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in Provider Enrollment, Provider Credentialing, Medical Billing, or US Healthcare operations strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of US Healthcare Provider Enrollment processes.
• Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, CMS, and commercial payer enrollment requirements.
• Familiarity with CAQH, NPPES, PECOS, and insurance payer portals.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple applications, priorities, and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Comfortable working with web-based applications and online portals.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Typing speed of 40 WPM with good accuracy is required.
