Walk-in || Proposal Writer cum presales

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, write, review and maintain business proposals, presentations and solution documents.

Develop and manage RFP/RFQ responses, tenders, Statements of Work (SOWs), case studies and other presales documents.

Coordinate with sales, technical, product and internal teams to gather and organize required information.

Convert technical and business inputs into clear, accurate, well-structured and professional documentation.

Proofread documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, quality and timely submission.

Support presales activities, proposal coordination and documentation-related tasks.

Maintain proposal templates, trackers and a repository of documents for future reference.

Manage multiple assignments and work within tight deadlines when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

25 years of relevant experience in proposal writing, presales documentation, technical writing, tendering or business documentation.

Any Graduate / Post Graduate.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong writing, editing, proofreading and presentation skills.

Ability to understand business requirements and organize information logically.

Good attention to detail, coordination and time-management skills.

Basic to good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools, processes and domain knowledge.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with exposure to IT, healthcare, technology services, government tenders, RFP/RFQ responses or technical/commercial proposals will be preferred.
