Main Objective

To deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and with the required quality, ensuring strong RCC construction as per approved structural designs and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall construction project from planning to completion and handover.
• Plan and monitor project schedule, cost, resources, and manpower.
• Ensure RCC and structural works meet approved drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and management.
• Lead project engineers, site engineers, and construction teams.
• Monitor project progress and resolve major technical and site-related issues.
• Control project costs, material wastage, and unnecessary delays.
• Review contractor bills, material requirements, DPRs, and project reports.
• Identify project risks and implement timely corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
• Ensure timely project completion and successful handover.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in construction/project management.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, structural construction, drawings, BOQ, planning, and site execution.
• Experience in hospital, industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
