Walk-in || Project Manager Civil

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end civil construction and execution of the high-rise residential project.
• Plan and monitor construction schedules, milestones and site progress.
• Supervise RCC structural work, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing activities.
• Coordinate with MEP consultants, architects, structural consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Ensure construction quality, safety standards and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor BOQ, material consumption, contractor billing, project costs and wastage.
• Manage manpower deployment, subcontractors and site productivity.
• Prepare progress reports and update senior management on project status, risks and delays.
• Ensure timely completion of construction milestones while maintaining quality and budget discipline.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant civil construction experience.
• Proven experience in high-rise residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of RCC construction, execution planning, quality control and contractor management.
• Ability to independently manage site execution and coordinate multiple teams.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and reporting skills.
