Walk-in || Project Manager Civil

Revanza Developers, part of the Chennai-based Revanza group, develops premium gated plotted communities in Tamil Nadu. Our first project, Fortune Greens at Mahindra World City, Chengalpattu, is a DTCP-approved gated villa-plot community with 6+ projects in the pipeline.

Role: Project Manager

Civil Location: Fortune Greens site, Mahindra World City, Chengalpattu

Reports to: Vice President

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of plotted layout development: blacktop roads, storm water drainage, water and sewer lines, street lighting, compound wall, parks and amenities

- Prepare and track the master schedule, BOQ, budget and cash flow, and give weekly progress reports to management

- Float tenders, finalise contractors, issue work orders, and certify measurements and bills

- Ensure quality and site safety, and make sure all work matches the approved layout

- Coordinate with DTCP, TNRERA, local bodies, TNEB and surveyors on approvals and compliance

- Work with Sales and CRM on site-visit readiness, plot demarcation and handover

- Support technical due diligence and feasibility for upcoming land parcels

Requirements

- B.E/B.Tech Civil, 812 years of experience, including at least 3 years in plotted or villa-plot layout development in Tamil Nadu

- Working knowledge of DTCP/CMDA layout norms and TNRERA requirements

- Experience managing contractors, billing and project budgets - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Project

- Fluency in Tamil and English - Willingness to be based full-time at the Chengalpattu site
