Walk-in || Project Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage project MIS, data entry, data compilation, analysis, and reporting.
• Prepare daily, monthly, donor, and project reports.
• Maintain project documentation, records, databases, and files.
• Draft official emails, letters, presentations, and reports in English.
• Coordinate with project teams, field staff, and stakeholders.
• Follow up for timely submission of data, reports, and project documents.
• Support project planning, monitoring, meetings, and documentation.
• Prepare case stories, success stories, project presentations, and other communication materials.

Candidate Profile:

• Male candidate preffered
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email, MIS, and documentation.
• Strong English communication and writing skills.
• Good coordination, reporting, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage data and prepare accurate reports within deadlines.
