Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate prices, terms, and conditions.
• Plan material requirements and manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts or overstocking.
• Identify and resolve conflicts between team members or stakeholders through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
• B.Tech (Computers) degree required; MBA preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent coordination, vendor coordination, material planning, problem-solving, strategic thinking, conflict resolution skills.
