Walk-in || Program Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for students throughout their learning journey.
• Conduct student outreach through calls, emails, and regular follow-ups.
• Address student queries and provide timely support.
• Monitor and track student engagement, attendance, and participation.
• Identify students requiring additional support and coordinate appropriate interventions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Schedule classes, assessments, and academic activities on the LMS.
• Ensure learning resources, session links, and announcements are updated and accessible.
• Monitor live classes and provide operational support as required.
• Coordinate class rescheduling, make-up sessions, and calendar updates.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and academic documentation.
