Job Description :

• Understand reporting metrics of various departments within the vertical in parallel, identifying and aligning similar metrics
• Identify various data sources within the vertical and level of information provided by each team internally
• Slice & dice the data and bring multiple dimensions from the data shared.
• Within the MIS system, ensure calculation is followed consistently for each metric; ensure that all the reports are generated from a consolidated data source
• Provide time-to-time recommendations to update existing MIS to improve reporting efficiency, consistency and accuracy
• Develop and execute data reporting mechanism by working closely with department heads
• Consolidate, generate and distribute periodic management reports with accuracy and timely manner
• Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to stakeholders
• Contribute & support forecasting and budgeting related activities
• Ability to present data in PowerPoint and Excel in meaningful charts, tables and infographics
• Ability to transform flat data into meaningful reports using any reporting tools like Power BI
• Work closely with operations team and provide requested data in timely manner
• Proactively look into area of improvements, propose and implement right solution.
