About the Company :- Kiml is engaged in the manufacturing of high-quality automotive wiring harnesses and electrical components. We are looking for motivated and responsible candidates to join our production team and develop practical experience in a professional manufacturing environment.

Job Description : -We are hiring candidates for Wiring Harness Assembly and Production roles. The selected candidates will be responsible for carrying out assembly and production activities while maintaining required quality, safety and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble wiring harnesses and related components according to work instructions.
• Handle wires, terminals, connectors and electrical components carefully.
• Perform visual inspection and basic quality checks.
• Follow standard operating procedures and production guidelines.
• Maintain required production targets and quality standards.
• Follow workplace safety, 5S and housekeeping practices.
• Report quality issues or production abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Work effectively as part of a production team.
