Roles and Responsibilities

• Assemble cable harnesses according to specifications using crimping, soldering, and other assembly processes.
  
• Operate robots for production tasks such as welding, cutting, and shaping of materials.
  
• Monitor production lines to ensure quality control standards are met and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production workflows.
  
• Maintain accurate records of production data and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
