About this role
- Overall control of the plant personnel.
- Implementing cGMP in workplace.
- Coordinating with QA, QC, Services department like electrical and mechanical, stores departments.
- To report any major breakdown, accident, abnormal incident, etc., to the superiors immediately.
- To ensure good housekeeping and safety of men, material and machineries in the plant.
- Ensuring the production facilities are clean and sanitized as per schedule.
- To control on consumption of raw materials, power, steam and water.
- To monitor overall plant parameters, equipments and utilities.
- Ensuring the equipment used for the process equipments are cleaned and pre approved before starting up of the next process.
- Handling of unplanned and planned deviation in the plant and preparation of investigation report.
- Trouble shooting in plant.
- Training the subordinates.
- Involving in Internal Audits and CAPA.
- To review and approve the Executed BPR
