Experience: Fresher to 2 Years | Industry: Electronics Manufacturing / EMS

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Production Engineer to manage and monitor production line operations, ensure product quality, achieve daily production targets, and improve manufacturing efficiency. Candidates with 02 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, assembly, SMT, or FATP processes are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily production activities and ensure achievement of production targets as per the production plan.
• Manage production line operations, manpower allocation, and resource utilization.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines.
• Monitor product quality and coordinate with the Quality team to resolve production-related issues.
• Identify production bottlenecks, minimize rejection and rework, and improve line efficiency.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Material, and Industrial Engineering teams for smooth production operations.
• Maintain production reports, downtime records, rejection reports, and shift-wise output data.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering streams.
• Experience: Freshers to 2 years in production or manufacturing operations.
• Candidates with experience in electronics manufacturing, SMT, FATP, PCBA assembly, or production line operations will be preferred.
• Freshers with a strong willingness to learn and develop a career in manufacturing are welcome.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
• Knowledge of production planning, quality standards, and shop-floor operations.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
• Ability to work in shifts and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
