Role & responsibilities-

• Process optimization by using lean tools
• Quality Assurance by ensuring quality standards and specifications
• Production planning with cross function teams to plan and schedule production activities
• Equipment maintenance planning with maintenance department to minimize downtime
• Team leadership by supervising and mentoring jr. engineers and supervisors by giving them support
• Troubleshooting identifying and resolving technical issues in production process
• Managing and planning shifts of employees as per production schedule
• Monitoring Consumables and control consumable cost.
