Main responsibilities

• Execute batch manufacturing according to approved BMRs, SOPs, and manufacturing instructions.
• Check raw materials, equipment status, line clearance, and required documents before starting a batch.
• Perform chemical-process operations such as charging, reaction, heating/cooling, reflux, extraction, filtration, washing, distillation, drying, and solvent recovery, as applicable.
• Monitor critical process parameters such as temperature, pH, pressure, reaction time, agitation, and addition rate.

• Follow GMP, SOP, EHS, and safety requirements during manufacturing.
• Ensure safe handling of solvents, acids, bases, reactive chemicals, and other hazardous materials.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance, Warehouse, and EHS departments.
• Report deviations, breakdowns, spills, abnormal observations, and safety incidents immediately.
• Participate in deviation investigations, CAPA, change control, and process-improvement activities.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S in the production area.
