Walk-in || Product Specialist

Assisting users with product selection with references to their technical requirement.
Product Specialist will take requests and solve them according to the internal/ external stakeholder s needs.
You will contribute to the development of our product as part of a highly interacting and global team.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Identifying and analyzing problems with software and hardware, including failures, bugs and system issues.
Involve in the product content development.
