Walk-in || Product Promoter - Retail Store

Role & responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate cosmetic, skincare, wellness, and nutraceutical products to customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Explain product features, benefits, usage, and offers to customers.
• Maintain product displays, shelf arrangement, and in-store visibility.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with store staff for replenishment.
• Build positive customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate; preference for candidates with relevant experience.
• 13 years of experience in cosmetics, beauty, skincare, wellness, or retail sales preferred.
• Excellent communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.
