About the Role

We are looking for two dynamic and reliable individuals to join our team for real estate fieldwork and procurement of local goods. The ideal candidates will be comfortable with regular fieldwork, have a good understanding of property transactions, and be well-versed with local areas and routes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle real estate fieldwork including site visits, documentation support, and coordination with clients/property owners
• Assist in procurement of local goods and materials as required
• Support property purchase and sale processes, including basic paperwork and verification
• Travel locally for work-related tasks (bike riding is compulsory)
• Coordinate with the office team and maintain professional office etiquette

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Working knowledge of property purchase and sale processes
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet)
• Compulsory: Ability to ride a bike/two-wheeler, along with good knowledge of local roads
• Basic understanding of banking procedures and shares/stock market
• Well-acquainted with professional office culture and etiquette

Language Proficiency

• Hindi
• English
• Bengali

Experience

3 to 5 years in a similar role (real estate, field sales, or procurement preferred)
