Role & responsibilities We're Hiring: Real Estate & Procurement Executive (2 Openings)
Navita Nirman Limited is looking for dynamic, field-ready individuals to join our real estate and procurement team!
Location: Kolkata (Office-based)
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Salary: 20,000 35,000/month
Full-Time
What you'll do:
Real estate fieldwork – site visits, documentation, client coordination
Procurement of local goods and materials
Support property purchase/sale processes
Travel locally for work (bike riding compulsory )
What we're looking for:
Knowledge of property purchase & sale processes
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
Must be able to ride a two-wheeler + know local roads
Basic understanding of banking & stock market
Hindi, English, Bengali
