Walk-in || Procurement Associate_ Contract role

Role & responsibilities

• Validate client requests by reviewing all relevant information to ensure accuracy completeness, and clarity.
• Analyze each request to understand the nature and scope of the required changes.
• Create new Purchase Orders (POs) or update existing POs in the client application based on the clients requirements.
• Ensure all PO transactions are completed with a high level of accuracy and within the expected timelines.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and suppliers through email to clarify requirements and support timely completion of requests.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Any exp with 12 years of relevant work experience as it would be Data entry role.
• Finance background with basic understanding of procurement, additional O2C, P2P experience works.
• Experience Direct Procurement will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with client stakeholders and suppliers via email.
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical and validation skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and systems.
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to work in different shifts based on business requirements, including night shifts.
