Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Trainer / Process Trainer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for training new hires, improving communication and process knowledge, and enhancing overall team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct induction and process training for new employees
• Deliver product, sales, customer support, and soft skills training
• Prepare training modules, presentations, and assessment materials
• Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback
• Conduct refresher training sessions to improve productivity and quality
• Identify training needs and implement improvement plans
• Maintain training reports, attendance, and performance records
• Support operations teams in achieving KPIs and business targets

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate with 1-4 years of experience as a Process Trainer (International Experience will be preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage batches and engage trainees effectively
• Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset
• Immediate joiners preferred
