Walk-in || Process Associate

Role & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to U.S. clients and potential taxpayers.
• Explain U.S. tax filing and accounting services.
• Identify client requirements and generate leads.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.
• Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
• Maintain client records and coordinate with the tax team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Freshers to 2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, BPO, or international calling.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with U.S. clients.
• Good convincing and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented and willing to learn U.S. taxation.
• Comfortable working in a U.S. shift/night shift.
