• Handle client queries through inbound voice & written communication
• Manage product, service, and account-related inquiries
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

• Deliver high-quality service with a customer-first approach

Shift timings US Shifts (Night)

• Weekly Off – Two days Rotational Off
• Education (any preference) – Any degree Except (BE/BTech/MCA and MSC IT)
