Job Description

We are hiring candidates for the US Healthcare process in Switchboard and Authorization. Candidates should have good communication skills and an interest in working in the US healthcare domain.

Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US healthcare operations.

• Route calls to the appropriate departments in the Switchboard process.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Process prior authorization requests for medical services and procedures.
• Follow up with insurance companies for authorization status.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure patient information confidentiality.
• Meet quality, productivity, and process compliance standards

Preferred candidate profile

• Good English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of US healthcare processes preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, depending on the hiring requirement.
• Willingness to work in night shifts
