    • Lead detailed engineering activities, including the development and review of electrical schematics, layouts, and related design documentation.
    • Apply strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve complex technical issues.
    • Participate in and/or chair technical and design reviews, ensuring design quality and adherence to defined requirements.
    • Ensure lessons learned are captured, documented, and effectively incorporated into current and future product designs.
    • Mentor, guide, and technically challenge Electrical Engineering team members to promote engineering excellence and continuous development.
    • Ensure product designs meet required standards for reliability, manufacturability, quality, cost, and performance.
    • Ensure electrical and electronic designs comply with applicable regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer specifications.
    • Exposure to Milestone review of Aerospace standards like PDR, CDR and TRR.
    • Drive Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Cost (DFC), Design for Quality (DFQ), and Design for Certification (DFC) principles throughout the product development cycle.
    • Develop and execute technical plans for each phase of the product development lifecycle.
    • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate technical and design risks throughout the product development cycle.
    • Should demonstrate strong technical capability in solving EMI/EMC issues during product testing.
    • Identify opportunities and provide recommendations for improving products, engineering processes, design methodologies, and development practices.
    • Demonstrate strong technical leadership and the ability to influence engineering decisions across multidisciplinary teams.
    • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Technical Experience & Core Competencies
