Walk-in || Primary English Teacher

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum and learning objectives.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, classroom activities, assignments, and assessments to support effective learning.
• Assess students academic progress, maintain attendance and performance records, and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify students requiring additional support and develop suitable individualized learning strategies.
• Maintain a positive, disciplined classroom environment, address behavioral concerns, and resolve classroom conflicts effectively.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school administrators to support students overall academic and personal development.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in English Language, English Literature, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree will be an advantage.
• Proven experience as an English Teacher, with a strong understanding of English language teaching methodologies and curriculum requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and engage students effectively.
• Strong classroom management, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Patient, adaptable, resilient, and passionate about teaching, with a student-centric approach to learning and development.
• Female candidates below 45 years of age with relevant teaching experience will be preferred.
