Job Summary

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and responsible Preschool Teacher who can create a safe, joyful, and engaging learning environment for young children. The teacher will be responsible for classroom management, activity-based learning, child development, and effective communication with parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate, activity-based learning sessions.
• Create a warm, safe, and positive classroom environment.
• Engage children through stories, rhymes, music, art, craft, games, and creative activities.
• Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Maintain classroom discipline and follow daily routines.
• Observe and track children's learning and developmental progress.
• Prepare classroom activities, teaching aids, and displays.
• Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of every child.
• Communicate professionally and regularly with parents regarding children's progress and classroom activities.
• Participate actively in school events, celebrations, workshops, and training sessions.
• Maintain required classroom records and documentation.
• Coordinate with fellow teachers and school management to ensure smooth functioning of the classroom.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / ECCE / NTT / Montessori / D.El.Ed. or relevant qualification.
• Prior experience in preschool teaching is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, caring, and child-friendly nature.
• Creative and enthusiastic approach towards teaching.
• Good classroom management skills.
• Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
