Walk-in || Presales Executive

Job Description

To manage and qualify incoming leads, understand customer requirements, provide project information, and support the Sales team in converting leads into site visits and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management: Manage leads from digital, portals, campaigns and referrals; make timely calls/follow-ups and qualify prospects based on requirements, budget and purchase intent.
• Customer Engagement: Provide accurate information on projects, configurations, pricing, amenities and payment plans; address initial queries and nurture prospects.
• Site Visit Generation: Convert qualified leads into site visits, coordinate appointments with the Sales team, and follow up on missed or cancelled visits.
• Sales Support: Ensure timely handover of qualified leads to Sales Managers/Relationship Managers and coordinate for effective follow-up and conversion.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead data, call records, follow-ups, lead stages, site visits and dispositions in the CRM.
• Follow-up & Conversion: Conduct systematic follow-ups, re-engage dormant leads, understand reasons for non-conversion and support prospects through the sales funnel.
• Market Feedback: Capture customer objections and feedback on pricing, product, location and competition, and share insights with Sales and Marketing.
