• Acquire new HNI customers and manage existing relationships.
• Generate liabilities and achieve business targets.
• Cross-sell CASA, Investments, Insurance, and Wealth products.
• Build strong customer engagement through regular interactions.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure service excellence.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless customer solutions.
