Role Premier Relationship Officer - Kotak 811

Location : North/ West/ South Delhi

Employment Type : Full Time

Role Summary:

Responsible for acquiring new Savings Account (SA) customers, ensuring account activation, balance maintenance, and cross-selling other banking products. The role is sales-focused and targets-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new CASA customers through field sales, referrals, and campaigns
• Ensure proper KYC, documentation, and account activation
• Drive usage, balance maintenance, and customer engagement
• Cross-sell bank products (loans, insurance, mutual funds, etc.)
• Meet monthly/quarterly targets for acquisition and balances
• Ensure compliance and maintain audit standards
• WEEKLY & MONTHLY incentives.

Qualifications :

• Graduate/Post Graduate (any stream)
• 1 - 4 years of banking or financial sales experience (CASA preferred)
• Driving License and own vehicle is mandatory
• Interested in field sales
