Walk In || Pre Sales - Parel

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided data.
• Handle inbound inquiries related to property sales and rentals.
• Explain property details, pricing, and project features clearly to clients.
• Schedule site visits and follow up with interested customers.
• Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and closure.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 03 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or real estate sales.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of the real estate industry preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
