Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pre-sales strategies to drive sales growth for real estate projects.
  
• Conduct site visits to showcase properties, provide product knowledge, and address customer concerns.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in presales or a related field (real estate sales, residential sales).
• Sell.do CRM Experience in must (Mandatory)
  
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market, including villa types, luxury sales, and real estate marketing.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client engagement and negotiation.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
