Walk-in || PRE SALES Executive (ELV Industry)

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimation and costing for ELV projects.
• Study tender documents, specifications, and drawings.
• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), quantity take-offs, and cost analysis.
• Design ELV system layouts and schematic drawings.
• Prepare technical submittals and techno-commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Support project execution team with technical clarifications.
• Maintain records of estimations, designs, and project documentation.
