Walk-in || PowerShell Automation Engineer || 4 To 6 years || Bangalore

Role & responsibilities

• Design and develop PowerShell scripts for:
• Auto-healing desktop issues (Windows OS, Outlook, Teams, application failures)
• Network issue remediation (connectivity, DNS, VPN, latency issues)
• Implement self-healing / auto-remediation workflows for proactive issue resolution
• Work with One Engine platform to:
• Orchestrate automation workflows across distributed environments
• Enable RPA-driven desktop automation use cases
• Develop reusable automation modules for incident prevention and remediation
• Use PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT) for application packaging, installation, and deployment
• Integrate scripts with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) for automated ticket resolution
• Ensure automation solutions are scalable, secure, and production-ready
• Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of scripts
• Document automation workflows, scripts, and configurations
• Continuously enhance automation coverage and improve system efficiency

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong hands-on experience in PowerShell scripting
• Proven experience in endpoint automation and desktop issue remediation
• Experience in developing auto-healing / self-remediation scripts
• Familiarity with PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT)
• Understanding of:
• Windows OS internals (services, registry, processes, file system)
• Desktop application troubleshooting
• Network diagnostics (DNS, IP, connectivity issues)
• Experience working with automation/orchestration platforms
• Ability to develop independent, production-grade solutions
• Strong debugging and analytical skills
