Preschool Teacher

Experience

Minimum 1 Year of Preschool Teaching Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate classroom activities.
• Create a safe, caring, positive, and child-friendly learning environment.
• Teach through play-based, activity-based, and experiential learning methods.
• Conduct storytelling, rhymes, phonics, art & craft, music, movement, and interactive activities.
• Support children's language, cognitive, social, emotional, creative, and physical development.
• Observe and track each child's learning and developmental progress.
• Maintain lesson plans, assessments, student records, and classroom documentation.
• Provide individual attention based on each child's learning needs.
• Maintain effective classroom management using positive reinforcement.
• Communicate professionally with parents regarding children's progress.
• Coordinate effectively with fellow teachers, coordinators, and support staff.
• Participate in school events, celebrations, parent interactions, and teacher training.
• Ensure children's safety, hygiene, and well-being during school hours.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of relevant preschool teaching experience
• ECCE / Montessori / NTT qualification preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills
• Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, energetic, patient, caring, and child-friendly.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and preschool teaching methodologies.
• Professional, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
