Walk-in || plastic Injection Molding Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor injection moulding machines.
• Develop moulding processes and parameters for new products.
• Troubleshoot moulding issues such as flash, short shots, warpage, or burn marks.
• Conduct preventive maintenance of moulds and machines.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to improve mould designs and cycle times.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
• Train operators and technicians on machine handling and process control.
• Maintain production records, process sheets, and quality documentation.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap and downtime.
