Walk-in || Plant Maintenance Manager

Role &

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and equipment.
• Attend and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and pneumatic issues.
• Support senior maintenance engineers in machine maintenance activities.
• Carry out regular inspection of machines to identify potential problems.
• Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports and checklists.
• Assist in installation, commissioning and servicing of new machines.
• Ensure machines are available for production with minimum downtime.
• Coordinate with Production and other departments for maintenance requirements.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and follow 5S and safety procedures.
• Assist in maintaining spare parts and maintenance tools.
• Follow the preventive maintenance schedule and complete activities on time.
• Support continuous improvement activities to reduce machine breakdowns and downtime. responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Basic knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical maintenance.
• Knowledge of motors, sensors, control panels, pneumatic systems, etc.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of 5S and safety practices is an advantage.
