Executive HRBP Plant

Role: Plant HR Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant requirements.
• Ensure KRA distribution, adherence, and employee reviews.
• Manage employee grievances, engagement, and retention activities.
• Conduct exit interviews and attrition analysis.
• Conduct skip-level calls and address employee concerns.
• Support training, development, and employee development plans.
• Coordinate with the Plant HR team for day-to-day HR activities.
• Prepare and maintain HR policies, MIS reports, and presentations.
• Ensure proper HR records and reporting.
