Position: Placement Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new corporate leads and establish partnerships with companies for hiring.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HRs, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers.
• Contact companies through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and networking to identify hiring opportunities.
• Understand hiring requirements and coordinate interview schedules with companies.
• Source and share suitable student profiles based on company requirements.
• Coordinate online and offline placement drives.
• Track interview status, collect feedback, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain a database of hiring companies, recruiters, and placement records.
• Coordinate with trainers to ensure students are interview-ready.
• Achieve monthly targets for new company acquisitions, interview schedules, and student placements.
• Prepare daily and weekly placement activity reports.
• Required Skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in corporate relations, placement coordination, or business development.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, and job portals.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
