Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A physiotherapy qualification (BPT/MPT) is an added advantage, particularly for candidates managing a physiotherapy department.

Role & responsibilities

Patient and appointment management

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Manage patient registration and follow-up visits.
• Coordinate treatment schedules with physiotherapists.
• Handle patient queries, feedback, and complaints.

Staff and therapist coordination

• Prepare staff rosters and duty schedules.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and leave.
• Coordinate workload and patient allocation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff training.

Performance monitoring and reporting

• Track patient visits, new registrations, and repeat visits.
• Monitor appointment utilization and cancellations.
• Review patient satisfaction and service quality.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.

Preferred candidate profile

A well-organized healthcare administration professional with experience in physiotherapy clinic operations, patient coordination, staff management, and billing oversight, capable of ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive patient experience.
