Walk-in || Physiotherapist

Key Responsibilities

1. Assess patients' physical conditions, mobility, pain, strength, and functional limitations.
2. Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on clinical assessment and physician recommendations.
3. Provide physiotherapy interventions including:
• Therapeutic exercises
• Manual therapy
• Electrotherapy
• Heat/cold therapy
• Mobility and gait training
• Stretching and strengthening exercises
4. Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, musculoskeletal, sports-related, and post-operative conditions.
5. Provide pre- and post-operative rehabilitation as required.
6. Assist patients in improving mobility, balance, coordination, strength, and functional independence.
7. Educate patients and attendants regarding home exercises, posture, ergonomics, and preventive care.
8. Monitor and document patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
9. Maintain accurate patient assessment, treatment, and follow-up records.
10. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
11. Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and hospital policies.
12. Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safety of physiotherapy equipment.
13. Participate in rehabilitation camps, health awareness programs, and community outreach activities when required.
14. Maintain professional and ethical standards while handling patients.
15. Perform any other duties assigned by the HOD / Hospital Management.
